Corned Beef Slicers
Ingredients
- One package slider buns or Hawaiian slider buns (12-count)
- ½-1 pound deli or prepared corned beef
- 1 can sauerkraut well-drained
- 12 slices Swiss cheese Provolone or a combination (about 8 ounces)
- ¼ cup stick butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Reuben Slider Sauce
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup or chili sauce
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Make spread by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Alternatively use store bought 1000 island dressing
- Take the lid off the buns but don't separate them. Place the bottom buns on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
