How to Make Mississippi Pot Roast post is here.
I share how to make it in a crockpot, Dutch oven, or Instant Pot.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS
Left over pot roast recipes are some of the easiest ways to make meal planning less stressful. Pot roast shreds beautifully and absorbs new flavors with little effort. From shredded pork burgers to tacos and sandwiches, you can make multiple meals out of one roast. Plus, it saves money and reduces food waste.
The texture of pot roast actually improves when reheated the right way. Once shredded, it takes on a soft, saucy texture that’s perfect in sandwiches, sliders, quesadillas, and more. And with the base flavors already there—garlic, onions, seasoning—you’re not starting from scratch.
