One package slider bunsor Hawaiian slider buns (12-count)
½-1pounddeli or prepared corned beef
1can sauerkrautwell-drained
12slicesSwiss cheeseProvolone or a combination (about 8 ounces)
¼cupstick butter, softened

¾cupmayonnaise
3Tablespoonsketchup or chili sauce
3teaspoonsprepared horseradishmore or less to taste
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Make spread by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Alternatively use store bought 1000 island dressing
Take the lid off the buns but don't separate them. Place the bottom buns on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
On the bottom bun, add a layer of cheese, sauce, corned beef, the sauerkraut (you may not use the entire can), another layer of sauce if desired, and a another layer of cheese.
Brush the tops of sandwiches with butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are heated through or at least 130 degrees with an instant-read thermometer.

🧠 Expert Tips
Drain sauerkraut VERY well.
Layer cheese on bottom AND top to prevent soggy rolls.
Bake covered first so the cheese melts without over-browning.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing to avoid slider collapse.
These are best served warm but hold well for 30–45 minutes.
