Sweet Corn Soup

Tonight, we’ll learn how to create a delicious meal using fresh seasonal produce from your local farmers’ market. When we’re done, all you will need to do is take the recipes from this informative class to your favorite market, choose your fresh produce, and bring it home to recreate our beautiful menu.

Chef Lauren Lane will show you exactly how it’s done, and you'll pick up some great cooking techniques like roasting, grilling, and tips for making homemade salad dressings, plus different ways to recognize ripe produce by smells and textures, and more. In addition, there are plenty of things that can be prepared ahead to maximize your time so that you can visit with friends and family at your next dinner party.

Our outstanding farm-fresh feast will consist of a colorful, fresh Italian Salad, Sweet Corn Soup with Thyme, super delicious Grilled Vegetables with homemade Garlic Breadcrumbs, followed by our impressive entrée of Pork Tenderloin served with a sensational summer Melon Salsa. For dessert, Lauren will teach you to make homemade Limoncello. Doesn’t get any easier … or any tastier than that!
