I worked with the hostess to create a unique menu & table top for a pop-up dinner in Scottsdale AZ. Pop-up dinner, also called supper clubs, are temporary spaces for Chefs to experiment and entertain . These events often operate from a private home, outdoor locations or a unique space.  Pop-up dinners have been popular since the 2000s in Britain, Australia, Italy and France but they are becoming more and more popular on the east and west coast of the US.  I absolutely LOVE creating these events and look forward each unique experience.
