I was lucky enough to work with an old friend to create a unique menu for a pop-up dinner in Denver Co. I met new friends, served a delicious pasta carbonara and we laughed and sipped wine until late late late;)  Such an amazing night:)

Pop-up dinner, also called supper clubs, are temporary spaces for Chefs to experiment and entertain . These events often operate from a private home, outdoor locations or a unique space. I also host them in my own home and garden.  Pop-up dinners have been popular since the 2000s in Britain, Australia, Italy and France but they are becoming more and more popular on the east and west coast of the US.  I absolutely LOVE creating these events and look forward each unique experience.
