Instructions
Air Fryer Method
Pat the chicken wings very dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, potato starch or cornstarch, garlic salt, seasoned salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F until crispy, golden, and cooked through, checking around 15–20 minutes. Depending on your air fryer and wing size, you may need another 5 minutes.
How Honey Wings Sauce
While the wings cook, make the hot honey sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir in the hot sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt if needed.
When the wings reach 165°F internally, toss them with the warm hot honey sauce.
Serve immediately.
Oven Baking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.Place wings on a baking rack set over a sheet pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on wing size. Flip after 25–30 minutes once browned.
Deep Frying Instructions
