Quick and Easy Fall Treat Mini Leaf Hand-Pies
These super simple, quick, and easy fall treats are perfect all season. Everyone loves these mini leaf hand-pies, so make lots;)

Ingredients
- Pre-Made pie dough
- Cookie cutter
- Goat cheese or Cream Cheese
- Apple pie filling (blended), or jam
- Egg (beaten with a fork)
- Cinnamon + Sugar
Instructions
- Shape the pastry into leaves.
- Put a small bit of cheese and pie filling on each leaf. Don't overfill.
- Top with another leaf and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the beaten egg on top. Make small lines on the pastry for the leaf veins.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve with caramel sauce or melted jam for dipping

Serve immediately, or re-warm in a 300-degree oven until re-heated.
