Ingredients

Au Jus Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent rolls, separating each triangle. Arrange in a sunburst pattern, with pointed ends of the triangles facing outward (the base of the triangles should overlap). Put a bowl and work around it to make it easier:)
  3. Add provolone to the base of the sunburst. Spread mustard on provolone. Top with roast beef, horseradish if using, and crispy onions creating a ring at the base of the triangles. Fold triangle tips over filling and tuck under base to secure.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the dough with the egg and sprinkle with parsley and garlic powder. Bake on middle rack until the dough is golden and the cheese has melted, 15-20 minutes. All ovens are different you’ll know it’s done when it’s golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, make au jus.
  6. Serve ring hot with the dipping sauce.
Au Jus
  1. Whisk the Au Jus gravy mix with the Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon, and 1 1/4 cups water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. If you'd like a thicker sauce, simmer it longer, and it will reduce.
