Football get-together menu!

Let’s face it, football is fun, but it’s really about the eats, am I right? Here is a delicious yet easy menu with all the make-ahead tips to make it easy and relaxing for you!

An easy football Get-Together Menu just in time for the weekend. I’ve also added tips to make it quick and effortless!

This week’s get-together menu consists of three EASY recipes perfect for game day! Just tap on each recipe below, and it will take you to a printable page.

The plan:

  • Invite a few friends over for a football game. Friends always ask what they can bring… and take them up on it! Have them bring wine, dessert, or their favorite tailgate recipe.

  • Two-three days in advance- Make a list and grocery shop. Don’t forget paper plates and cups for easy clean-up. Maybe purchase them in your team’s colors.

  • Two-three days in advance- Make the brown butter crispy treats. (or buy a dessert)

  • The day before- Wash and chop the veggies for the veggie tray. Arrange veggies on a tray and cover them with a wet paper towel and cling wrap to keep them fresh and crisp.

  • The day before- Make the spinach dip up until the point of baking. Cover, refrigerate, and bake after your guests arrive.

  • The morning of- Assemble the calzones and refrigerate covered until ready to bake. (or have all the ingredients cooked, chopped and ready and have your guest build their own:)

  • An hour before- put out any additional snacks, check the ice situation, and light some candles.

  • Sit backend enjoy!
